Construction of two (2) 14,000+ Class A Office Buildings are underway with completion of Building One scheduled for September 2007. Leasable spaces will range from 2,000 square feet to 14,000 square feet.

ALSTED Development, LLC, a recently formed partnership with the Oliva partners purchases a 14,900 square foot office and warehouse building located at 1 Commerce Boulevard, Syracuse. ALSTED looks to renovate and lease the facility for occupancy in early 2008.

NOW LEASING - Alsted Development, LLC is looking to construct two (2) 14,000 square foot Class A office buildings at the corner of Fly and Myers Road in East Syracuse. Construction is expected to begin in the Fall with completion of Building #1 in the late Spring '09.
