Sigma Chi Fraternity House, Syracuse University
Oliva Construction has completed interior renovations at the new home of the Sigma Chi Fraternity at Syracuse University. Interior renovations include a new front door, refurbished stair case, new slate and hardwood floors, new walls and ceilings, new lighting, new HVAC, and paint on the first floor and new bathrooms, carpeting, ceilings and paint on the upper two floors. The House is located at 737 Comstock Avenue, Syracuse. |

Oliva Construction was contracted by Hueber-Breuer to renovate Dablon Hall. The renovations consisted of heavy demolition on all five floors with new bathrooms, doors, flooring, and furniture. |
