Oliva Construction has broken ground on the new dental office for Dr. Vince DiMento in Camillus, NY. The building is approximately 4,300 square feet with a full basement and is expected to be completed in early 2009. |

Harrison Hall at Le Moyne College, Syracuse
Renovations have been completed at Harrison Hall on the Le Moyne College Campus. Improvements include a new facade, new bathrooms, doors, ceilings, millwork, flooring and painting on five (5) floors. Oliva revovated the Lobby and Penthouse in 2007. |

Fly Road Professional Center #1
Oliva Management has completed Building One at the Fly Road Professional Center in East Syracuse. Building One consists of 14,457 square feet of Class A office space. Building One has been fully leased and Building Two is now under construction. |

Sigma Chi Fraternity House, Syracuse University
Oliva Construction has completed interior renovations at the new home of the Sigma Chi Fraternity at Syracuse University. Interior renovations include a new front door, refurbished stair case, new slate and hardwood floors, new walls and ceilings, new lighting, new HVAC, and paint on the first floor and new bathrooms, carpeting, ceilings and paint on the upper two floors. The House is located at 737 Comstock Avenue, Syracuse. |
