The Oliva Brokerage, LLC, established in 2022, has spun-off from the Oliva Real Estate Company which was established in 1978, and will continue to serve as a full scale real estate brokerage house specializing in leasing, sales and development all over Central New York.
Standard Operating Procedures:
The procedures for the prerequisites prospective home buyers must meet prior to receiving any services.
The Broker does NOT* require the prospective buyer clients to show identification.
The Broker does NOT require exclusive buyer broker agreements.
The Broker DOES* require a pre-approval for a mortgage loan or proof of funds.
*Although the Broker may not require such information, a seller of real estate may require this information prior to showing the property and/or as part of any purchase offer.
